              Yeti... Set... RUN!!! (2010)

On January 30th early in the morning eager and faithful runners gathered at the Reeds Spring High School to run a 5K fun race in over 6 inches of snow!!! The course already known to be the most beautiful course in the Ozarks proved to be even more magnificently beautiful as the runners made their way through the fresh 6 inches of snow.
Runners went through the peaceful woods, and passed snow capped pine trees, trudged through the deep snow out in the open field switchbacks, and in a few spots had a view of the expanse of the rolling Ozark hills off in the distance.
It was truly a remember-able run that the runners will not soon forget about. The snow was both a blessing and a curse, for it did keep some of those who had registered from coming, BUT.. there is always next year!!
